Why We Exist

The transition home
is harder than it looks.

Service members spend years in one of the most tightly-knit communities in the world bound by shared purpose, identity, and belonging. When that chapter ends, too many veterans find themselves adrift. Not just without a job, but without a Community.

We bridge veterans with first responders, local businesses, other non-profits and neighbors who share values of service, weaving them back into civilian life with the same sense of belonging and purpose they had in uniform. Every veteran deserves a community that serves them back.
